The Process

It does take a little time, but I guarantee you it's an investment that's time well spent.
First step in the process is to fill out a form detailing where you're at currently - your mission, vision and core values, what systems you have in place, and even identify some gaps that may exist. The information on that form will be the foundation of your strategy map. Next, you and I will meet over Zoom. This is where we pull in your long and short-range goals, paths to achievement, identify leading and lagging metrics, and tie everything back to your mission, vision and core values, so that you know the future you're creating was made for you. All of this information gets organized into a visual diagram that you can refer back to again and again. I'll also check back in with you in the future to see how you're doing! |
